George Steinbrenner Is Alive And Longs To Feast On Human Blood
George Steinbrenner was awoken and wheeled in to make an appearance in the Yankees’ clubhouse yesterday to congratulate the team on its success and to tell them to keep it up.
“It was great to see him,” manager Joe Girardi said of The Boss, who threw a party for the club this past Tuesday at NYY Steak at Yankee Stadium. “He was in great spirits.”
Steinbrenner, who is not planning on attending the ALDS but is thinking about a trip to The Bronx if the Yankees advance to the ALCS, had a simple message.
“Just keep doing what we are doing,” Girardi said.
The Boss arrived at 12:15 p.m. near the end of batting practice and was in the clubhouse about an hour meeting with players and staff members.
Afterward, Steinbrenner retired to his home and enjoyed a nice, quiet meal with his family, as depicted in the above video. Man, those Steinbrenner boys sure are good to their old dad. You know, with bringing in the entertainment for him and all. His bloodlust is insatiable!
