Chicago Cubs jacket simultaneously celebrates team’s success, futility (photo)

Some random fellow spotted at some random McDonald’s somewhere in Indiana may have a jacket that best celebrates the Chicago Cubs organization’s long-ago success and century-lasting futility.

Awesome. This is the varsity jacket that Harry Caray is wearing in Heaven. When he ever catches a chill.

The varsity jacket is entirely accurate: The Cubs are two-time World Series champions. Unfortunately, those titles came in 1907 and 1908. That’s a long time ago and why the team is known as “The Lovable Losers.”

This guy’s jacket lets everyone know that no matter what, those World Series titles did happen. So what if they came over 100 years ago? Not this dude.

Rock on, Cubs Fan Guy. Rock on.
