D-Wade’s purse, LeBron’s camo and Bosh goes nerd chic for Game 4 (pics/vid)
Sure, at the end of the night, the Miami Heat walked out of AT&T Center with a huge 109-93 win over the San Antonio Spurs in Game 4 of the NBA Finals to tie the series at two games apiece.
And while each member of the Big Three had monster games (LeBron James: 33 points, 11 rebounds; Dwyane Wade: 32 points, 6 steals; Chris Bosh: 20 points, 13 rebounds), it what those guys wore while walking into the arena before the Game 4 tipped off that is attracting some attention.
D-Wade, who you may recall apparently had his wardrobe for the entirety of the playoffs planned out ahead of time, came out swinging with his ensemble, as in swinging a bright red man purse. The “It’s European!” accessory was matched by white pants that would have come in handy should the arena had flooded along with a dapper jacket and some smart shoes sans socks.
LeBron, evidently realizing he was going into war — well, a pseudo-war on a basketball court — rocked the camouflage with a hat emblazoned with the message, “US AGAINST THEM.” He looked like a basketball-playing Sgt. Slaughter. Wearing really fancy headphones.
Bosh, meanwhile, went nerd chic for the showdown in San Antonio.

Man, Bosh is just begging for a swirly in that getup. And Wade? “Hey, Silvio, look at D-Wade here, prancing around in his coat with his purse. Yup, he’s a dandy. He’s a real fancy boy!” (Seinfeld reference)
LeBron? Um, I don’t want to mess with him. Incorporating another Seinfeld reference, you don’t want to mess with a guy wearing camo. Ever.
Here’s some Vine video showcasing the Heat stars strut their stuff (via Beer Mug Sports).
Wow. Nice red shoes, LeBron. Kinda takes away some of the brunt of the camo-inspired intimidation factor, eh?
