Josh Reddick is mad as hell about shopping carts not being put in cart bins! (vid)
Oakland Athletics outfielder was placed on the 15-day DL on Wednesday for a sprained right wrist, so it’s understandable he may be a bit on the cranky side. But with a trip to the disabled list aside, for Josh Reddick and every other like-minded individual, it doesn’t require much to become profoundly irritated with the thoughtless nature routinely exhibited by the general public any time you step out of your front door.
In Reddick’s case, he was presented with the clueless and lazy ineptitude of people during a recent trip to his local neighborhood Target. Apparently, in Reddick’s eyes, nothing typifies the lack of common sense that commonly afflicts our society more than the act of not returning a shopping cart to the cart bins.
In fact, Josh Reddick is mad as hell and he isn’t going to take it anymore.
Well, at the very least — and to put it more accurately — Reddick decided he was going to take a stand about the scourge of renegade carts not placed in their clearly marked and designated areas by shooting a video demonstrating just how easy it is to be a functioning member of society and uploading it to Vine.
Well stated, Josh Reddick. As he puts it, “This is just sad and laziness. You put the cart in the CART BIN! Easy as that.” Then again, you and I have seen plenty of knuckle-dragging mouth-breathers at Target — and everywhere else — so it’s not really all that surprising. People, right?
