Sandra Gal Was Just Named Golf Digest’s ‘Hottest Golfer’, So Here’s A Photo Gallery

According to the readers of Golf Digest, 26-year-old German golfer Sandra Gal has been voted the “Hottest Golfer” in a tournament-style competition that has been going on since November. The tourney began (entire results here) with the guys facing off with the guys and ladies against ladies with the winner for each gender facing off for hotness supremacy. Gal obliterated her male opponent in the finals, Rickie Fowler (which Golf Digest correctly points out that this was more due to the demographics of the magazine’s readership as much as anything else) by receiving over 80,000 votes and winning by the incredible margin of 99.61% to 0.39%. That, my friends, is a certifiable blowout.
While some might argue with the results, what with such names as Michelle Wie, Natalie Gulbis, Anna Rawson, Belen Mozo, Minea Blomqvist, and Sportress favorite, the lovely and talented Beatriz Recari, among the gorgeous young ladies to have competed in women’s pro golf who could have vied for the title, one thing one cannot argue with is that Gal is something of a looker.

I think GD has made the correct choice. I’m not a huge golf follower so I have no rebutal or other suggestions of golf hotties other than the ones that were mentioned in these posts. But from my research of the ones named, I think that Sandra is definitely the hottest. Not taking anything away from the others (wouldn’t kick any of them out of bed except to romp on the floor) but she absolutely wins my vote

Typical and sad. The only way a female golfer can get any print time in Golf Digest is to look like a playboy model and pose for pictures like one. In relation I don’t see Ernie, Dustin or Rory doing articles for Golf Digest in hardly any clothes/naked in a sandtrap arched up like a cat in heat. Hey Golf Digest, you’re not Maxim, Hustler or Playboy….I know it comes as a shock (hahaha)…stick to the sport you claim to cover…that’s golf. Have a little class and sportsmanship. What you did here is embarrassing. You have a female readership which is not reached, nor will be by stunts like this. This is supposed to be about golf, not how high the photographers can get a female golfer to raise her already short skirt. Sure there are more attractive female golfers out there guys….these just happened to be the only ones slutty enough to allow Golf Digest to take “Girls Gone Wild” pictures.
It is women like Sandra and the other young, beautiful and talented golfers on the LPGA that I find myself more interested in watching the women golfers on TV. Early on I noted that Sandra Gal had the best butt/leg combo I’ve ever seen in a female golfer.
